A unique single-use access code will be sent to you on Monday 12th May, which you can use to secure and make payment for a seat through UEFA’s ticket portal. We will cross reference who already has a match ticket, with the club directly.

Tuesday 20th May 2025 – Departure & Welcome Dinner
Your Europa League Final journey begins at Manchester Airport, where you’ll check in for your exclusive Sportsworld charter flight to Santander. Upon arrival in Spain, you’ll be greeted by our friendly team and transferred by private coach to your hotel in the beautiful coastal city of Santander. After checking in, enjoy the afternoon at your leisure – whether you choose to explore the local surroundings or simply relax ahead of matchday. In the evening, you’ll be invited to a welcome dinner with drinks, offering the perfect chance to meet fellow supporters and get into the spirit of the occasion.
Wednesday 21st May 2025 – Matchday: UEFA Europa League Final
Start your day with breakfast at your own pace, followed by some free time in the morning. In the afternoon, you’ll be transferred to a carefully chosen local restaurant for a pre-match meal and drinks in the company of United fans. As the excitement builds, you will be transferred to Bilbao for the UEFA Europa League Final, with kick-off scheduled for 21:00 local time. After what promises to be a thrilling night of football, your private transfer will return you to your hotel in Santander.
Thursday 22nd May 2025 – Return to Manchester
Enjoy a relaxed breakfast before checking out of your hotel. You’ll then be transferred to Santander Airport for your return charter flight to Manchester, bringing to a close an unforgettable trip following Manchester United in a European final.

- Cancellations – we strongly recommend customers take out travel insurance at time of booking to cover any cancellations. We will endeavour to sell cancelled packages, and should we be successful customers will receive 80% of monies received.
- Name changes – are NOT permitted.
Venue Change or Force Majeure events – should the event be cancelled or moved, due reasons outside Sportsworld’s control, then Sportsworld will not be liable to refund customers for monies paid to suppliers on their behalf. However, we will look to move your booking to the new location with the lowest financial impact to you, or any monies that are recovered from suppliers in such circumstances will be returned if you decide not to accept the new travel arrangements.
