What’s included in the package?

Is there an age limit for buying packages?
The minimum age of the lead passenger must be at least 18 years old, and there must be at least one person who is 18 or over staying in an individual apartment or hotel room.
Do I require a visa to enter Spain?
Please refer to the UKGOV website for entry requirements to Spain. Please note passport validity requirements for entry into Spain.
What should I do if I have special requirements?

How do I buy match tickets?
If you have not secured match tickets through the club directly, don’t worry. Please submit your request when booking your travel package. A unique single-use access code will be sent to you on Monday 12th May, which you can use to secure and make payment for a seat through UEFA’s ticket portal.
Details of the match ticket booking process and access codes will be sent via email from [email protected] to the lead guest once you have purchased and paid for your travel package. The online booking process will be outlined in your travel package booking confirmation email (see ‘Important Information’).
Match Tickets must be purchased by Wednesday 14 May (8.00AM) at the latest.

What is the cost of a match ticket?
The Category 2 match ticket will cost £137 per person (including taxes) and will be paid directly via the UEFA online ticket portal.
The match ticket will be located in Block 111.

Why are we flying and staying in Santander (2 nights only)?
This is due to the limited number of hotels in Bilbao & Bilbao airport’s aircraft parking limitations. Santander is a fantastic beach town, only 98 km away from Bilbao.
Where is the day trip flying into?
Sanatander Airport, this is due to Bilbao Airport not allowing night slots.
Do you expect the airports to be busy?
Yes, as this is a small European airport, we expect delays may occur.
What are the dates of the flights?
Flight departures will be tailored to your specific package, Please refer to the website for details.
Can we upgrade our flights?
No seat upgrades will be available.

PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
Which payment methods are available?
We accept Debit Cards as well as Visa and Mastercard Credit Cards. The cardholder must be one of the passengers travelling. The first instalment deposit will be taken at time of payment and you will be issued with a booking confirmation with payment terms. Due to the nature of these travel packages, we recommend contacting your banking institution prior to making your booking to let them know the approximate amount you will be charging.
Do travel package prices include tax?
Yes, all taxes are included in our travel packages.
Can someone else pay for my travel package?
The cardholder must be one of the persons travelling on the booking.
What are the cancellation terms?
These packages are non-refundable.
