- Oversee all pre & event time logistics and operations for 200 international consumer prize winners
- Traffic Sportsworld worked hand in hand with Hyundai’s agency of record, Innocean, to design a 4-wave program based in Manaus
- Managed all on-site delivery of logistics and operations including airport meet and greet, hotel operations, dinners and special functions, transportation, multiple tour & leisure activities both on and off the river, cultural gifts and merchandise specific to the Amazon, all on-site print and branding within the hotel and external venues, guest feedback and full post-event reporting and management of extensive on-ground security arrangements
