Sportsworld travel packages are available to be purchased by anyone and you do not have be a member of the England Supporters Travel Club (ESTC) to access them. However, only ESTC members will be eligible to receive a refund on their booking deposit should they be unsuccessful in their match ticket application via The FA Ticket Ballot. The coach has a strict luggage policy due to limited vehicle storage capacity. Each person is permitted to check in:

• Hold (underneath bus): 1 piece of luggage max. weight 15kg (ie. 56cm x 45cm x 25cm) per person
• Overhead luggage: 1 small rucksack per person

Packages will only be transferable in the event you are unsuccessful in The FA England Supporters Travel Club (ESTC) ballot, when we will use our best endeavours to transfer your deposit to another package subject to availability.  Please note, the £500 early bird offer is only applicable to the England Follow 3 10-night package and as such will not be fully transferable. 

Due to nighttime flight restrictions at the majority of Germany’s host city airports, operating daytrip packages will be reviewed following the Final Draw on 2nd December when it is confirmed where England have been drawn to play and whether it will be feasible to run a night flight. Due to nighttime flight restrictions at Berlin’s airport it is currently not possible to operate a Day Trip for the Final.  Sportsworld will however be running a 2-night travel package available to purchase following the Final Draw on 2nd December, sold on a first come, first served basis. In the event the charter does not reach the required passenger numbers to operate this route, we will look to offer you alternative travel arrangements, or you will have the right to a 100% refund. Please note, should regulations regarding nighttime flying change in the future, we will review options and in the event we operate a daytrip, notify our database. Minimum age of the lead passenger must be at least 18 years old and there must be at least one person who is 18 or over staying in an individual apartment or hotel room.

No.  All prices apply to both adults and children.  Only children under 2 years qualify for a greatly reduced price as they can be a babe-in-arms on the flight and a cot in the room. The cost of infant will be £295 and is subject to availability.

We are offering a travel package and as such if flight and accommodation are being used in full it will not be possible to offer any discount against these elements.  Our team are experienced in managing accessible needs for all our customers and we will be available to plan all your requirements to make your trip to Germany is a seamless travel experience.

As the Official England Travel™ provider for The FA, Sportsworld always include products to meet the needs for all travelling supporters, where possible.  Until our products are fully confirmed post the UEFA EURO2024™ Final Draw on the 2nd December 2023, all accessible products are on request and subject to availability.

England Follow products:

• Explorer & Glory Follow 3 – Travelling by private charter means we can accept all forms of wheelchairs and accessible requirements for our flights. In addition, we are working with our ground agents to have fully accessible transport.  Accommodation will be contracted post the Final Draw and in most cases we anticipate will have a limited number of fully accessible rooms, these will be allocated on a first come basis.
• Voyager Follow 3 – Travelling on a dedicated touring bus departing from London Victoria Station. Whilst we have tried to contract a full accessible vehicle for this product, unfortunately we have not been able source a vehicle that allows electric wheelchair bound passenger access.  Each vehicle has the capacity for two fold-down wheelchairs, and the passenger will be required to have the capacity to board the vehicle independently.

At this stage, we will not be offering an accommodation only packages.  All our packages are inclusive of flights from the UK and accommodation.  However, should you have a request, please register your interest via the Sportsworld website.

Yes, England charter flights are scheduled to depart from London and Manchester – please review the website for package options.  Please note, the Manchester charter is subject to minimum numbers.  In the event the charter does not reach the required passenger numbers to operate this route, we will look to offer you alternative travel arrangements, or you will have the right to a 100% refund.

With a short journey time to Germany, only Economy class seats are available. 

Where travel packages include flights on a privately chartered aircraft, airline points will not be applicable either to use against your booking or to collect once you do travel.

No. Depending on time of booking, a low deposit or percentage of your order total is required to be paid at the time of booking to secure your place.  Payment for all outstanding monies will be required in instalments. The percentage split per instalment will be determined per package purchased and due dates for payment will be included in the payment terms and conditions (please see our Booking T&Cs here). ATOL certificates for Follow 3 (10-night) Travel Packages purchased prior to the Final Draw will include general package inclusions.  Following the Final Draw, once package details have been confirmed, ATOL certificates will be re-issued with updated information.
