Each year at Wimbledon Sportsworld works hard to ensure its four course
à la carte menu is second to none! We are fortunate to work with outstanding chefs and are able to offer fine dining, along with carefully selected wines and liqueurs - of a quality rarely offered in a hospitality environment.

Honey Roasted Figs

Filled with Gorgonzola and topped with oven-dried black forest ham finished with an apricot dressing

Plum Tomato and Buffalo Mozzarella

Served with a basil sorbet

Assiette of Duck

Oriental duck pancake, smoked duck breast on a kumquat marmalade and Duck Foie gras and truffle terrine on a celeriac and apple salad

Mixed Grill

Char-grilled medallion of Meadowside fillet steak, Bretby lamb cutlet, calves liver and Packington pork sausage

Served with chunky chips and tomato filled with wild mushroom stroganoff

Asparagus spears and creamed leeks wrapped in crispy filo pastry served on a wild rocket salad
