Delhi 2010 Tickets and Travel Packages go on sale

We are proud to confirm that tickets to the 2010 Commonwealth Games in Delhi have now gone on sale for English, Australian and European Commonwealth fans who are looking to travel to the spectacle this October.
Sportsworld's Travel Packages for the event went on sale at the beginning of May, but travelling supporters can now make their requests to buy tickets to either accompany Leisure Tour packages or to purchase 'tickets only' for the events of their choice.
Tickets are available for all sport sessions and the opening and closing ceremonies and start from as little as £1 a ticket, so it's sure to be an affordable Games.
Sportsworld has designed a dedicated Ticket Request Tool which allows supporters to request and pay for their tickets securely online. Requesting tickets is the first phase of the ticketing process, as ticket availability can only be confirmed back to supporters after the request for sessions has been placed with Delhi 2010. This process is not likely to take more than 3 weeks.

A free travel system on DTC Buses and the Delhi Metro will be in place during the Games which enables guests to travel free of charge with a valid event ticket for that day.
