As an authorised agent in the UK and Republic of Ireland for the sale of official FIFA hospitality packages for the 2010 FIFA World Cup, South Africa™, here at Sportsworld we are busy organising our hospitality and travel programmes to bring the World Cup to life for all our guests.

It's no mean feat coordinating thousands of guests on hundreds of different programmes at the largest international events in the world, but it's something we've been doing for nearly 30 years! A taste of this includes operating official programmes at the last 13 Olympic Games, 4 Rugby World Cups and 8 FIFA World Cups.

But importantly, this Summer we have gained valuable experience operating in South Africa. As an Official Licensed Operator, we arranged for thousands of guests to travel to South Africa for the recent British & Irish Lions Tour, and we were appointed by the principal sponsor of the event, HSBC to manage its international travel and hospitality programme.

We were also instrumental at the FIFA Confederations Cup where we managed some 8,000 sponsor guest experiences.
For the 2010 World Cup, we are already working with major sponsor Coca-Cola to provide its European markets with hospitality and ground services, and Sportsworld South Africa has been appointed by telecommunications company MTN, a FIFA 2010 Tier 2 sponsor, to manage its sponsor hospitality programme.
