Making a booking request
To make a booking request with Sportsworld, please complete the following instructions:
- Complete the booking form which is downloadable from this page
- Post to us along with a cheque for the relevant deposit or indicate on your booking form if you are happy for us to collect payment from your credit card
- Sportsworld will acknowledge receipt of your booking request within 7 working days (by letter or e-mail) and process your request
- If you require further excursion details or quotations for flight/accommodation upgrades, please ensure this is stated in your booking form and our Sportsworld Lions team will respond as soon as they have full details available.
Your payment will be collected in three instalments
- £500 deposit (non-refundable), to be collected on receipt of your booking form plus 100% of the cost of Sportsworld Travel Insurance (if required)
- 50% of the total booking price will be collected on or after the 17th October 2008
- Remaining balance (i.e. total booking price minus the £500 deposit and 50% already collected) will be collected on or after 27th February 2009
