GAMES-TIME ROLES - London 2012
We are currently recruiting for our Games-time operational team to deliver our Guest Hospitality Programmes for a number of major corporate Sponsors.  You would need to be available from 20th July - 13th August 2012, have excellent interpersonal skills, well presented and have a background in guest hospitality.  Stamina and a passion for delivering excellent service are essential attributes of all our team.  A good knowledge of London is highly desirable but not essential.  If you have previous Olympic experience we would be particularly interested to hear from you.

- TEAM ADMINISTRATOR - DESTINATION MANAGEMENT & ACCOMMODATION - Contract  (Jan 2012 - Sept 2012)
An exceptional and enthusiastic individual to carry out this multi-faceted role to the highest standards. As administrator you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the London 2012 Destination Management and Accommodation Services Team. The post-holder will be responsible for a diverse range of administrative responsibilities, including; responding to all incoming enquiries, assisting in the preparation of proposals and presentations, co-ordinating details for events, compiling reports and manage filing systems.  The team administrator will deal with internal account management teams of London 2012 sponsors, external corporate clients and agencies, venues, hotels, restaurants, caterers and key industry suppliers.
You:  You’ll have proven experience of team co-ordination in a hospitality or corporate event environment; past Olympic experience would be useful but not essential.  Excellent Excel and Powerpoint are a must - and exemplary attention to detail.  Proactive, confident, a calm problem-solver, an excellent communicator, passionate about the hospitality industry. - SALES EXECUTIVE  – Contract (asap - August 2012)   £Competitive
We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Sales Executive to work with our Destination Management Services team to market and sell our fantastic range of Olympic products and services.  These range from exclusive venues to a range of hospitality packages and services - all focussed on London 2012.  
You: Proven sales experience in an events, hospitality and/or event venue hire arena, excellent communication skills with proven abilty to drive and close sales.  Good understanding of the corporate and agency sectors.

- ACCOUNT MANAGER - MAJOR LONDON 2012 SPONSOR PROGRAMME- Contract (asap - Sept 2012)
Excellent opportunity to work on a major Sponsor account working closely with the Account Director to deliver all aspects of their guest hospitality programme.  You'll be key client contact, involved in all aspects of the development and logistical delivery of this large and complex programme.
You: You'll have excellent client handling skills, a relevant background in account management ideally from a hospitality/event agency, very strong logistics and organisational skills, experience of planning and delivering complex event/hospitality programmes.  Excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong team player.  Previous sports hospitality experience is highly beneficial.

Great opportunity to join the team and work closely with the AD and AM as they deliver the guest hospitality programme for one of London 2012's major Sponsors.  You'll work to support the AD/AM across all areas, and take full responsibility for ad hoc projects as required.  You'll attend and supplier meetings, and be tasked with

- GUEST SERVICES MANAGER - Contract  (Jan - Aug/Sept 2012)
Fantastic opportunity for a highly organised excel guru with excellent customer service skills, and a proven background in events/hospitality.  Working within one of our Sponsor programmes, the GSM is the primary client contact to design, plan and implement the guest invitation and communications process.   You’re the interface between the Client, the Account Team and the EMS (database software) team, managing all timelines and deliverables.  Create guest communication pieces, co-ordination of mailings,  provision of regular reporting etc. and providing all operational areas with relevant guest information to plan and implement programme requirements.  You'll also get involved on other ad hoc Olympic project requirements, so a good grounding in end to end events/hospitality delivery would be highly beneficial.
You: You’re an articulate communicator, with proven leadership skills, advanced excel skills, excellent attention to detail, strong project management skills, with previous experience working within event management, ideally experienced in database management.

- TRANSPORT DATABASE CO-ORDINATOR - Contract (asap - Aug 2012)
The Sportsworld Transport team will be delivering the full transport requirement for our Sponsor and Tours London 2012 hospitality programmes.  The Transport Database Co-ordiantor will be a key member of the team, inputting and managing all data onto the System, and managing all routing and scheduling.  Games-time you'll be the key interface for scheduling all traffic/transport movements, routes and vechicles
You:  You have proven experience in a transport/logisitcs role, with experience of using a transport database.  Very orgainsed, great communication skills and good London knowledge.

- TRAVEL STUDIO CO-ORDINATOR - Contract (asap - August 2012)
Working within our London 2012 Accommodation and Destination Management Services team, the Co-ordinator will be responsible for inputting, allocating and tracking a wide spectrum of services and event products for the DMS department for London 2012.  As well as managing the system you'll oversee all client bookings.  You'll be using the Travel Studio tour operator technology, so experience of using this is highly desirable but not essential, as is a good knowledge of the travel business.  Full training will be provided.
You:  IT literate ideally with experience of using Travel Studio, a team player, great attention to detail, systematic approach, articulate, with excellent administrative and computer skills.
