Chairman's Hospitality Package

Private chalets are available for 40 guests on Tuesday and Wednesday and for 30 guests on Thursday and Friday with smaller numbers accommodated within the shared Chelsea Club facility

Your package includes:

Entrance ticket to the show
Show catalogue
Morning coffee and patisserie on arrival from 9.00am (show opens at 8am)
Grande Marque champagne and canape reception
Four course luncheon with fine wines
Coffee, port and brandy
Complimentary bar, from 11.00am - 6.00pm (show closes at 8pm)
Traditional afternoon tea from 4.00pm - 5.30pm
Horticultural expert in attendance

Experienced event staff in attendance

Chairman's Evening Hospitality Package

Private chalets are available for 40 guests on Tuesday and Wednesday and for 30 guests on Thursday and Friday with smaller numbers accommodated within the shared Chelsea Club facility.

Admission to the show (guest access from 3.30pm)
Access to your hospitality facility from 3.30pm
Traditional afternoon tea available from 4.00pm to 5.00pm
Grande Marque champagne and canape reception from 7.00pm (show closes 8.00pm)
Full complimentary bar from 3.30pm to 9.30pm
Four course dinner with superior wines

Champagne and Canape Package

Private chalets are available for 40 guests on request with smaller numbers accommodated within the shared Chelsea Club facility.

This package is available on Thursday and Friday only.

Admission to the show from 3.30pm
Access to your hospitality facility from 7.00pm - 9.30pm
Champagne and canapes served during the evening from 7.00pm - 9.00pm (show closes 8.00pm)
