If you would like to book your flights through Sportsworld then please fill in the relevant section on the booking form and our flights team will respond with more information including confirmed times and prices.

Special requirements

If you are booking flights with Sportsworld please ensure that any special dietary requests or health-related issues are noted when making your booking in order that these can be passed to the airline. Please note that Sportsworld cannot guarantee requests on behalf of the airline.

Insurance

It is a condition of making a tour booking with us that you have adequate travel insurance cover and will therefore need to notify us of your insurance provider at the time of booking.

Sportsworld offer insurance cover at great value prices. In addition to the standard cover you would expect to find in an insurance policy, our insurance provides some remuneration for the loss of event/match tickets and the opportunity to increase your cancellation and curtailment cover up to a maximum of £8000 per person (at additional cost).

Our Travel Insurance policy has been arranged by Fogg Travel Insurance Services Ltd (Fogg) who with insurers, Tokio Marine Europe Insurance Limited, are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. Sportsworld is an Appointed Representative of Fogg enabling us to arrange travel insurance especially tailored for our holidays.

Holiday Cost over £3,000 – Top Up Cancellation / Curtailment Option

The maximum limit can be increased to £4,000 or £5,000 or £6,000 or £7,000 or £8,000. Please call our Delhi Team for a quote.

Health

As with most insurances, you are only insured for an event which occurs after you have purchased the cover. For all our holiday bookings, and each person, you will receive a Health Declaration Form for completion. If following this you need to make a referral simply telephone the Referral Helpline on 01623 635958 quoting Sportsworld Travel Scheme (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm).

Cooling off Period

As you would expect from Sportsworld, in the unlikely event that this cover is not suitable for you, you may return it to us for a full refund, provided you return it within 14 days of receipt and you have not travelled or have made a claim.

Sportsworld consider travel insurance to be essential and as such, we have made it a condition of accepting your booking, that you have adequate insurance cover in place. If you decide not to purchase our insurance, your alternative cover must offer equivalent cover, or better than, the cover provided by our insurance policy. Your signature on the booking form is taken as your confirmation that you have arranged your own policy cover that satisfies these requirements.
