Ticket management
Our ticketing team and technology can securely handle 100,000 tickets or more at Olympic Games, where we have held official appointments since 1984. For all our events, unlike many smaller agencies, we only supply official tickets in keeping with our Ticket Safe Guarantee below.
Accommodation
Good quality, well located accommodation is not always easy to secure, not least during major events. Our relationships and partner resources ensure that we can source and contract hotel inventory at competitive rates almost anywhere in the world.
Ground transportation
The efficient management of transport logisitcs is a key ingredient of an enjoyable customer experience. We are well versed in contracting and co-ordinating fleets of executive coaches, MPVs or private vehicles along with knowledgeable, professional drivers to get our guests where they need to be.
