The brief
Official appointment by All England Club to design, sell and operate overseas tours and UK hospitality packages, in keeping with the Wimbledon brand
Cater to group sizes from 2 to 200, including bespoke client enhancements
Our response
Design, build and operation of hospitality facility (Fairway Village) catering to 4,000 guests
Co-ordination of all operations onsite: guest management, themeing/décor, food and beverage, audio-visuals, celebrity appearances, concierge/business services, etc.
Multiple facilities: shared restaurant with 4 course à la carte menu ; private chalets for 30+ guests with separate bar/dining; informal facility for overseas guests with 3 course light buffet ; staff canteen for all day refreshments onsite; ad hoc events, e.g. private meetings, awards parties, photo shoots, book signings

2009 customer satisfaction scores of 93% (overall rating of good or excellent)
Two-thirds of corporate clients re-booking (within three year period)
